We also offer a 24 hour call out facility to help aid and support our clients when emergency works present themselves. We aim to offer a 4-hour response for any gas related emergencies and for all other call outs, we shall always endeavour to attend within this timescale but often are able to attend earlier. We have an extensively stock storeroom so if any information can be provided by our clients first response engineer, then it is often feasible for us to attend site with the correct materials in order to not only make safe, but undertake full repair works as part of our initial attendance.
